Both the museum and Thurne Mill will be open 11am-4pm.

Including Mills on  The Air

The Bittern DX Group, an amateur radio club, will be operating two or three different stations here at the Wind Energy Museum as part of the “Mills on the Air” weekend and, depending on prevailing conditions, hope to make contact with as
many other mill locations and other radio amateurs as we can, throughout Europe and the World. Please do come and visit, bring the family and join in the fun including using a Morse key to send their name in Morse code and to let them try to decode a “secret” message, giving them a certificate to record their achievements.
