Easter Egg Ramble
April 16th

Starting at The Wind Energy Museum where there is plenty of free car parking.

At the museum we will have lots of exciting things to do, we will have our heritage hut transformed into an Easter arts and crafts centre, collect your Bunny trail pack and have a hunt around the muesum to see what you can find. Refreshments will also be avaliable at both the Museum and Thurne.

Feeling active the we have a Bunny Trail along the river bank to Thurne Mill, with an optional boat ride back to the museum, courtesy of Herbert Woods. (limited availability).
Meet the Easter Bunny who will be hopping around on the day.

Vintage Fete and Family Fun Day
Sunday 10th September 2017 – Free entry. 11am-4pm.
Lots for all the family. Steam cars, Steam Gramophone, Vintage & Classic Cars, crafts, stalls, live music and all the fun of the fair.

Lots to see and lots to do come to the Wind Energy Museum enjoy looking at the cars, bikes and engines then take a stroll along the river to see the Wherry Maud moored outside Thurne Mill.

The Wherry will be giving demonstrations on how to load a Wherry and Thurne Mill will be working – wind permitting.
